1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the skyslot website (skyslot.vu), mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player after completing registration.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, required before withdrawal processing.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register and use an account on skyslot, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on skyslot.

skyslot permits one account per player. Registering or maintaining more than one account — including accounts in the name of family members or third parties used for your benefit — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email.

• Do not share your password or OTP with any other person, including skyslot support staff.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Always log out after completing a session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately.

skyslot uses SSL-encrypted connections on all sessions and requires OTP verification for logins from new devices. However, the security of your login credentials on your own device is your responsibility. skyslot is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

4 Deposits

All deposits on skyslot are accepted and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The accepted deposit channels are Philippine bank transfer (InstaPay / PESONet) and local e-wallets. Specific channels available at any given time are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are not accepted and may be rejected or returned.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• skyslot does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any payment method not listed in the platform's deposit section as valid deposit methods.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. Delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside skyslot's control.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting skyslot — chargebacks on deposits may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals and KYC Verification

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to your registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC identity verification to skyslot's satisfaction.

KYC Requirements

• A valid, government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, Voter's ID).
• Proof of address may be requested in some cases.

Withdrawal Processing

• skyslot reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawals.
• Pending bets must settle before the corresponding funds are released for withdrawal.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all bets and game sessions on skyslot:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after acceptance by the platform.
• skyslot settles bets based on official results as provided by recognised sports data providers or game engines. In the event of a dispute between a displayed result and an official source, the official result prevails.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the point at which a bet market can be settled, the affected bet will generally be voided and the stake returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market — refer to the betting section for details.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Bets exceeding these limits may be capped at the maximum payout amount.
• skyslot reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in odds, where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed in breach of these terms.
• Slot game results and live casino outcomes are determined by certified RNG (random number generator) systems or live dealer processes. skyslot does not manipulate outcomes.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

skyslot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are displayed at the time the promotion is communicated.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance or free spins and are subject to any applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and other conditions vary per promotion and are specified in each offer's individual terms.

• One bonus per promotion per player. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these terms.

• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, automated play, or systematic exploitation — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8 Responsible Gaming

skyslot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are required to approach gaming as entertainment and must not treat it as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Never bet or play with money you cannot afford to lose.

• Creating or using more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds.
• Engaging in fraudulent deposit or chargeback activity.
• Collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to play on your behalf.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

skyslot reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (as defined in current platform policy).
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance — after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC. skyslot will not return funds where the account was suspended due to fraud or terms violation.

11 Privacy and Data

skyslot collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document. Key points include:

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by skyslot's negligence.

13 Changes to These Terms

skyslot reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform and/or by email to your registered address. The updated terms take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes to the terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
